An ERP solution has been developed to address in-house business requirements named ‘iConnect’, the portal consists of key business modules including:

HR Module: To help process the employee lifecycle management (requisition, on-boarding, performance appraisal and exit), leave, travel, employee  information, etc.

Business Development Module: Helps follow a process for the creation of tenders/business leads, go/no-go decisions, business pipeline tracking  integrating seamlessly with the project monitoring module

Project Monitoring Module: Helps in capturing financial details of the project lifecycle

Helpdesk Module: Aims at addressing employee issues through a complaint and redressal system
