Our expertise includes technical studies, cost revalidation, traffic assessment for both, passenger and freight movement and financial vialibility analysis. We also recommend on a suitable implementation framework and have developed several first-of-their-kind SPV structures for railway projects.

We are shareholders in K-RIDE (Karnataka Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation), the country’s first centre-state joint initiative to execute railway projects under a cost sharing model through commercial financing. Under K-RIDE, iDeCK participated in the formation of the first Special Purpose Vehicle – Hassan – Mangalore Rail Development Corporation (HMRDC) for implementing a railway line from Hassan to Mangalore in Karnataka.
